We went to Porthcawl this morning, as J had ordered something from the hobby shop. He dropped me near the harbour, and when I passed the watch tower, there was a gentleman outside, who was obviously one of the coast guards. I have been wanting to blip this quaint little building many times, but didn't know anything about it's history. I went back, and asked him about it and he said it was  originally The Custom House, and then later, The Harbour Pilot's Office. Check out my extra photo to see the wall close up.  We didn't stay out long, as it was so cold, and this afternoon, J went up the attic to get down our Christmas tree, and decorations. I have just finished decorating it, and it's looking lovely, if I do say so myself. Really looking forward to the quarter finals of Strictly tonight. .
