Christmas cocktail come early

A day in Stockbridge with Pat. Doing the charity shops and the little independent gift shops. And lunch of course. Oooh! A winter warmer drinks menu in Hectors. Rhubarb Collins - don't mind if I do! Rhubarb gin, lemon juice, soda water and pink grapefruit garnish. Then realised that it was the first thing I'd drunk all day as we'd headed out quickly once up this morning, without having had any breakfast. Of course this also meant that I'd had nothing to eat before this drink. No wonder I could feel my face flushing up with warmth as I sipped this while waiting for Eggs Benedict and triple cooked chips! Winter warmer drink indeed!
