Christmas Lights

I’ve been to our Christmas Night Out in town. Nice meal with good friends ( first turkey dinner of 2017) quite a lot of Prosecco and then Gin but surprisingly I’m feeling OK! These are some of the lights across George St - have to say I’m not sure about them ...... they don’t seem to serve much purpose.
