Ristra

A Ristra, so I've read in a gardens magazine, is a string of chillies hung up to dry. So although my chillies never made it to the village show because they were all still green, they did get red eventually!
And now I have sewn through the stalks to make three ristras, one for each of my children and one for us.
They do look pretty hanging up in the kitchen!
