Sprouts . .

People  seem to either love or hate sprouts .
When I was little my Gran would boil them for ages - urghhhh ;-(
Bur  over the years I have grown to love them done in the microwave .Today I tried them roasted in the oven with bacon lardoons and some maple syrup !-  Tasty but not a great success -  more practise needed .
