The fig tree

I went for a little longer walk today, but still stayed in the warm for most of the day.  I have a long journey next week and a lot to do so I want to be feeling right by then.  All the leaves have gone off the fig trees leaving their gnarled shapes more obvious.  Friends are coming for dinner so the meal and their company is something to look forward to.
