We both slept until nearly 9 (rare), then got the train to Montpelier to go to a little Christmas market selling things from local independent 'artists and makers'. Montpelier is so bloody arty and weird, makes where we live seem very normal and conservative in comparison.
The shop was so lovely and we found loads of nice presents (and there was a tiny sleeping dog called Robin which I really wanted to steal).
Wandered back along Gloucester Road and eventually to town, then up the Christmas Steps and found a couple more presents. Home via Wapping Wharf for MORE presents (such a successful day) and stopped at Better Food for a hot chocolate.
In the evening I wrapped presents and listened to Christmas music and Graham cooked veggie stew and dumplings.
