This poor photo sums up my day and I waited all day to get them. As advised I phoned the doctor’s at 8am to get a same day appointment only to be told when I got through on the 40th attempt at 8:06am that all the appointments had gone. I ended up driving to a “GP Alliance” appointment late this afternoon where the doctor took one look at my throat and medical history and prescribed these antibiotics for bacterial tonsillitis. Good.

I wasn’t at work today and won’t be again tomorrow. I had full childcare until 4:30pm today which was a godsend and I could spend the day curled up under a blanket on the sofa. Tomorrow I only have morning care so am hoping these tablets kick in nice and fast!
