2017 Monday -- Holiday Decorations

Every room in the house is not decorated, but this place beyond the tub in the master bathroom invited a bit of seasonal festivity. The red poinsettias look lovely there in the upstairs portion of the house.

My list of things "to do" today seemed long, but one of them was a free lunch at the new El Pollo Loco that's opening near us. I had received an offer in FB to get free tickets for the "soft" launch opening and I had a choice of today or yesterday. So a ticket worth $10 in food for Mr.Fun and one for me were in my email inbox to use today between 11:30 and 12:30.

Then we returned home and the serious paper grading began. I needed to read and score the project that each of my Wednesday and each student in my two Thursday classes had submitted. Thankfully those were finished before bedtime and I will not have to enter Tuesday with those still to do.

I did not come close to finishing all the tasks on my "to do" list, but I'll keep chipping away at it when tomorrow begins.
