Ho hum, another one bites the dust...

Yet another negative application response.
Better than not hearing anything though.

In these days of online applications and email why do so many recruiters state that they will only contact people shortlisted?

Are they trying to make out that they are such wonderful prospects that thousands will apply and replying to all will crash the internet?


Or perhaps they just can't be arsed....
