Wishes do come true

When I got up this morning I found Chilly still on the table looking very sad.  I have no one to play with he said.  I wish these snowman on the table would come to life and play with me.  No sooner had he said that and two snowmen emerged from the tablecloth.  Chilly was delighted and immediately set about getting to know his new friends   He was a bit worried because the house was nice and cosy warm and he thought the snowmen were made of snow and would melt before he really got to know them .   When questioned they told him that they had a special protective coating which basically stopped the snow from melting.  Chilly was much relieved and  wandered off with his new friends to explore their surroundings. 
I was reliably informed yesterday (by KG) that penguins come from the south not the north ( I knew that but thought the north sounded colder)
Nor really done much today  managed to get the CCTV to work and now we only have to mount the cameras and set it up in its resting place.

Was a nice morning but turned into a dull afternoon.  This evening we are meeting up with Elaine and Brian and doing a Sip and Sing (with my voice I will be doing more sipping than singing).  Proceeds will go to Cancer Research
