Griebenschmalz

I thought this was just a pot of goose-fat so imagine my (pleasant) surprise when I found actual goose hidden underneath. I left the rest of the fat, delicacy or not.

Not quite as successful journey as yesterday with lots of roadworks on the autobahn and us ending up near the village of Wettenburg instead of Giessen. Ah well, who needs to see the Giessen Christmas market when you've got a Burg?
