Winter fuel

Of the various kitchen applications I’ve acquired over the years my soup maker is definitely my favourite and most used. Today it was celeriac soup and very nice it was too.

After last night’s excitement and having submitted a piece of work to a deadline yesterday I decided to treat myself to a domestic day today. Got lots done including a boiler service (which I’d forgotten and only found out about while opening the pile of unopened post), a Sainsbury’s run, some Christmas shopping, and dropped off some stuff to the charity shop.

Now for Masterchef and a honey raki.
