Saw Steph the physio, Nikki the Consultant & Sayma the head nurse today down at the centre. The good news is there was no trace of any infection in my blood test last week, my Red blood cells are definitely on the up. So I am no longer anemic but Nikki thinks that I should stay on the iron tabs for around 6 months post op. She will write to my GP with various suggestions including the prescription of Tranexamic Acid as a tab to take when experiencing a bleed. The only bad news was that Nikki would prefer me not to call her babe or darling & just call her Nikki or Doc......I knew that really but it just slips out as I call everyone darling or babe .......I know I know I'm bad :-)

Good journey there with the exception of the traffic at the hospital where it was diabolical. Afterwards we went to a Shopping Centre & did some shopping and had a sandwich before managing to get home before the schools turned out.

On the sofa for a snooze when we got in .

Oh yes & I let Steph talk me into some extra Physio with her in the New Year...it will probably be hydrotherapy... here she is a few years ago:
