Keep the home fires burning

I stayed in most of the day nursing the cold that seems to have gone to my chest and sinuses.  I did have to go out in the afternoon to an important meeting with the local representative of the Foundation Patrimoine (the equivalent of English Heritage), along with two counsellors.  He was very enthusiastic about our project to install bells in the church and we may be able to get up to €60,000.
