No right turn, no U turn

As if you could in a horse and cart with today's traffic!
I was stopped at lights opposite a petrol station when this horse and cart came into view! It was bizarre to see it amongst the traffic and I remembered stories of the rag and bone man!
I think it was just a novelty for tourists but it certainly brightened up my trip to Asda !!
