Proud Canadian Volunteer

I received a indoor cycling Team Canada autographed event pass at the end of the volunteer appreciation pub night. It is a real keepsake. We had such fun watching & cheering on our fabulous athletes! So very proud of our Canadian kids, great to see them up close and competing on the world stage. Can't wait till the next one a year from now....just 20 minutes from our house, how lucky are we? I attended our work Christmas party at a local pub (are you sensing a theme here?) and toddled off to be mentored in the aquafit class (had to hit the steam room and wait for the effects of the wine to wear off first). I get to co-teach next week for the first time taking over the warm-up...yay!
