Sunset

It was an extremely hot day today. 33 degrees. It was just too hot.

This evening I went for a walk on the farm, mainly to cool down and it was very refreshing. I walked up the hill and watched the sun set. It was so peaceful; watching the magpies on the fence posts, listening to the bellbirds in the trees and seeing the odd wood hen running across the paddock. We need some rain - I’m praying it does soon.
