At the duck pond

Do what I do!  Mrs Duck was teaching her ducklings by example.

This is all I had today  - I just don't know where the day went.

A large part of the afternoon was spent on the phone talking with a Christchurch friend from our Training College days. This friend is steadily loosing her eyesight and instead of emailing or letter writing, she calls. It was a very long conversation but I don't begrudge her the time.  I know she finds time hanging heavily as there is very little she can now do.

I cant imagine anything worse than losing my eyesight. It would take away all my hobbies and interests - as it has for my friend.
