Hearty

Not much to report today as I've been mainly in bed with a stomach bug. Last night was pretty awful, but today has definitely been better...this cup of tea and biscuit settled ok this evening. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Asha being at school & Danny taking Nate to the community meeting, meaning I could sleep all morning.
2) Hearing from the homeless guys that they'd love to do something together for Christmas.
3) Reading a brilliant set of meditations by Henri Nouwen.
