It is cold outside, why not?

The visitor wanted to have shelter in the hospital since it is really cold today here in Istanbul. This sweet sneaky cat somehow entered the hospital and I stoped her before she enters our room. I tried to explain her why she can not stay at hospital. She did listen to me but she insisted on staying at hospital.
