Tuesday

I'm tired!  I had a full night sleep, I slept for half an hour on my lunch and now at 8pm I am going to bed.
We had a staff meeting after work , so it's a quick blip and tea tonight.

I arrived home to a letter from the psychiatrist. My appointment for next week has been changed to the middle of February! I am annoyed.
