Baby's First Swing

We headed down to a local park for a little wander. It turned in to a bit of a mini photo shoot. Rah had brought bubbles and the plan was, we'd sit him somewhere pretty, blow bubbles and get gorgeous photos of him being excited by and interacting with the bubbles. Well some little children were excited by the bubbles and they raced around after them whilst Daniel turned from side to side to try and see what they were doing. I had so many shots I couldn't choose a favourite so instead I went with one from the playpark. His first time on a swing. He also had his first time on a slide but there were too many kids for me to climb on it and go down with him (which would have been more fun).

I then got to babysit at a child friendly cafe whilst Rah had an appointment. We had a nice time until he got upset. Walking and bouncing didn't fix it so pretty soon it turned to screaming. This is where a child friendly cafe comes in to it's own. As I desperately tried to fit the flailing arms and legs in to the straps of the buggy the nice ladies packed up all the baby paraphernalia that was lying about on our table. Needless to say, two minutes outside and he'd stopped crying.
