St David's

I went out to Raincliff tonight to check that our Year 7's were all settled into their school camp.  The bulk of them are bunking at Raincliff youth Camp, the rest are camping up at Pioneer Park.  They switch throughout the week so that everyone gets a chance at each activity.  

This church sits at the turnoff to the camp.  Other than the Youth Camp, and the Scout Camp next door, it is the only building for miles.  What obviously used to be some sort of thriving community is now a quiet backwater.  

But the church and grounds are beautifully maintained.
