V & A, Dundee

We were in Dundee for the Dundee Mountain Film Festival, the longest running of its sort in Britain. At lunchtime we went down to see the new V & A Museum of Design at Discovery Point, where the Discovery is on display. The site is large and we couldn’t help but think that if the stylish building was about 5 to 10 metres further east it would look better. Granted the fences are still in place, but the new building rather dominates the boat.
