The Day of the Triffids

Mono Monday Challenge - SciFi
As I was unable to find any other inspiration today, I thought I'd make an entry for Mono Monday. (Acting skills kindly provided by my Aloe Vera plant). 
I've been busy painting today, so I think any artistic thoughts I may have had, were all concentrated into that. That's my excuse anyway.
