Fresh coconut

After this afternoon's planning meeting, Aloysius, the in-country project manager invited us to his house which is nearby to our hotel. Highlight of the visit was when he sent a young neighbour up one of his  trees to pick and throw down some coconuts. The milk and flesh were both equally delicious, and undoubtedly the freshest coconut products I've ever tasted.
