Apologies for the poor mobile blip...I really want a better phone with camera ...

A day of learning and trying to do things in the new (very diverse and very busy job!  Exhausted.com and a really aching back at as the chair is far to big for me and the back is not adjustable....they are ordering a smaller one!

Just off to Slimming World class, so I'll catch up later :)
