mono mania!

I am not sure why, but this time when I started taking photos with a mono filter, there was something about them that made me want to take more! 

I usually favor much more colorful photos. I like how the mono brings to the forefront, things I could not really see as well in color.

So! Expect a few more mono photos from me as I explore this. In fact, I have a few more from today in an album here. I must say, a red rose looks very strange in mono -black! But quite interesting.
