Kudos to Mr. Hagmann and Sis for turning me back on to these beauties. Sprouted seeds are possibly the greatest thing ever (after Sudocrem when you have thighs like mine and you're hiking in the Bern Canton).

My continued quest to gambol like the aforementioned pair will involve salads with these things and the vegetable chile I've just cooked.
