Walking out of Woolworths & into Harrods

We decided to have another go at getting into the Christmas spirit today and put the fake Christmas trees of Harewood House behind us and revisit our normal Christmas haunt of Castle Howard...what a difference, it was like walking out of Woolworths and into Harrods.

The theme was Angels on High, designed by Charlotte Lloyd Webber (daughter-in-law of Andrew) and it was beautifully done with real trees (as per the extra), real candles, real fruits and in the cafe we even had hot mulled wine and warm mince pies served on real plates.
