Memory Lane!

A very special photo of ”old” Albir beach......
this is Albir before the new road, before the new Promenade and cycle paths, before the huge protective ”dry river bed” constructed after catastrophic flooding all those years ago...

This is the Albir, that we remember so vividly .....no street names, no main drainage, no street lighting.......and don’t even think about a telephone (a land line!)

My goodness!......how we have progressed.....
but what wonderful memories!
