Pentlands

This morning I had a three hour run in the Pentlands with four other Harriers, starting at sunrise. The light was so beautiful it was easy to take nice photos, even with my phone. I was going to blip one of the extras since I prefer landscapes to people, but this image makes a change. 

In the afternoon, I went with Miss K to her football club's presentation event. It took over three hours, just for the girls' teams. Fortunately I could sit and chat with a friend, although it was impressive to see the scale of girls' participation in a small Midlothian town, and to learn of the community involvement in maintaining the all-weather pitches the Council can no longer afford.
