Taxis Against Cancer

This month a campaign to collect money for cancer research is being run and taxis with this sign on the roof give a share of the fare to the campaign. If I use a taxi this month I will call and ask for a pink one.

I took this picture in the centre of town where a bunch of them usually stands waiting and close by are some secondhand stores that we decided to have a look in. I was looking for something pink as there will also be a theme Friday at work this week, so everybody should wear something pink for the cause. In the red cross store I found a very cute little vest that I can wear over something black and not look too horrible and then I suddenly saw a big training ball for ISK 400, which is certainly very cheap and just what I had intended to aquire, for some time already. It was a very fruitful trip indeed.
