Success

Is tonight in the form of my homemade soft fluffy muffins!!
I've tried and tested a few ways to bake light, fluffy bread....and well....tonight I cracked it. I really love baking but am finding a strange satisfaction from making my own fresh bread...I think it's got something to do with the therapeutic kneading, it does seem to release stresses. Anyway this is the result of my efforts tonight, just got to make them last till morning for the kids pack lunches!!!
