Sunday fun

We were up early this morning to go fishing.  By 7.30 we had the boat in the water, by 10.30 we were on our way home with more than enough for a feed.  I have been wanting to capture these birds for a long time and today was an awesome day to do so.  It was slow to start but soon the bites were happening and we were reeling in the snapper.  We also got a couple of small kahawai and they will  make a yummy amok meal tomorrow night.  Tonight was a whole fish cooked on the bbq.  The bird is a fluttering shearwater and they seem to be able to walk on water as one of the extras show.  They dive under and try to take your bait as it goes down.
