Compote

We started the class tonight with making chocolates and white chocolate mousse. I missed the cheesecake last week but my pal made up my share and took it to work. Just showing off at her team meeting!
We also make Tai curry but since we didn't assemble our food tonight I took this blip of the strawberries and rhubarb before we made the compote to have with the mousse.
Each week we make a feast. It's great!
