First view!

We had a walk out this morning. Another frustrating time trying to see the birds everyone else could see - by the fence, in the bush, third branch down, in the leaves etc etc. I did see a woodpecker and some parakeets.

Most wonderful was to see the sun, even if it made the walk very hot, and even more wonderful to swim in the pool with its cool water from the stream.

After lunch I read my book by the pool till the rain started again.

Tomorrow we head to the cloud forest where it is to be wet, so again, no scenery or views.
