Friends

My friend and colleague, with her lovely husband. He'd met us after our yoga session today at the Club. We'd planned to swim but it looked pretty bleak so decided to join one of the many free sessions. We battled through and decided it's worth continuing the battle to get some flexibility into our bodies beautiful.
