Dog tired in Hale

Am a broken record I know but we had yet another sleepless night, last night - even though Audrey was back in our room. It has been over a month now of her waking between five and eight times a night. Thanks for all your advice yesterday, I promise I've taken everything on board. I know this phase won't last forever too.

Was tempted to just stay in today cat napping when Audrey napped to get my strength back. But it was a beautiful sunny day and it seemed criminal to not get out there. So off we went on a rather subdued pram adventure to Hale and Altrincham. We mainly tour coffee shops with baby changing facilities but it's nice to be out nonetheless. I had little energy and struggled to even raise a smile with passers-by. Must have looked like a right grumpalump. Am just so darn exhausted.
