Block

A better day for the girls.  They won their final match of the day and if all goes well tomorrow, they can meet one of the team goals they set at the beginning of the season: to finish in the top 10 in the province.  If they win their first game tomorrow, they'll play for 9th and 10th.  
This is a shot of Kalyn blocking, which is one of her main jobs as a middle blocker, the position she plays on her club team.  On this school team, she's playing right side hitter and has made some terrific hits.  Her defence and serving were outstanding today, and she definitely demonstrated her versatility as an all-round player.  We love being here, watching her and her teammates in action.  Go Saints!
