Public Toilet

I'm all for dogs having toilets, after all where would we be if dog poo was all over the streets.
This council resource in Inverurie however is really only suitable for big dogs such as St Bernards, Bloodhounds and Afghans. How are Daschhunds and Shih Tzu's supposed to cope?
