Old Rag Mountain

Had a great morning hiking Old Rag Mountain in the Shenandoah National Park. Left the apartment at about 3:45, started my hike around 5:45 and got to the summit just as the sun was hitting the peak.

I wanted to arrive before dawn, but some mistakes on my part with equipment delayed me. Still, the shade of pink that the rising sun turned the surrounding mountains as I climbed was stunning. I definitely have to go back.
