Road to nowhere

Yet another bewildering, surreal bit of road marking from Edinburgh City Council. This one - all of ten yards long - cutting across a busy junction, tram rails, a bus lane and cross hatching.

They seem hell bent on making it so unsafe for cyclists in the town centre that we all just stay away...
