At home: eeek ella is experimenting again!

Ella is cake baking. She follows her mum in her experimental through it all in the bowl and see what happens technique.

I asked her what she has put in it. As I took photo, she gave this cheeky smile and said, 'you'll find out!'.

I have gathered from the evidence of her 'leave it up to someone else to tidy up' that it's raspberries from the freezer, vanilla and almond cake. It's still in the oven, she dispatched her mixture into 3 loaf tins. One for her class, one for pack lunches and one for now. Like her thinking .... Will let you know the outcome. If all else fails our chickens love Ella's mistake cakes! X
