walk

Took the bus into town this morning to feed Calvin and keep him company for a bit and then I spent some time looking around the shops - bought a jigsaw from a charity shop but very little else. Everywhere I went, I heard people talking about Christmas and they all seemed to "be organised" and have bought all their presents...

In the afternoon, And I took Jess for a walk. This is the spot where the Auld Water meets the Cairn Water to become the Cluden Water (which flows into the Nith at Lincluden). 

It was a pretty chilly day. Luke cycled into Dumfries at back for his first day at Screwfix and is now relaxing in front of the fire. Choir practice this evening - not long now until our first concert on December 9th :-)
