Grand Parade

You'd never think this was the back of one of the most prominent streets in Cork.  I wonder if it's on the Monopoly board. 

My first coffee date ended with a visit to a very impressive bird hide in Glounthaune.  I believe my host's parting words were "so it looks like we have an education officer for our committee"! Either way, it's an exciting project that I will be happy to be involved in. 

My next coffee date I'll have to stop seeing in February 2018 when her new camper van will be swankier than mine!

Two cakes baked today; Chocolate Ameretti Cake and  Lemon and Lime Avocado Mousse Cake. Tomorrow is C-Day.
