Manuel Antonio NP

We had an early start to walk into Manuel Antonio NP and do a couple of walks around bits of it. We weren’t allowed to take in any picnic, only fruit. We saw some white-faced monkeys, a sloth or two and a butterfly.

However the most excitement was caused by actually seeing the sun this morning. It was still there when we stopped at the beach to have a swim, though it had disappeared by afternoon when we came back for a beer and a swim in the Hotel pool. This is the first time we have had a few hours to relax. I finished my book “City of Thieves” which is set during the seige of Leningrad. A perfect holiday read.
