Sunshine and coffee

What a wonderful morning.  Cold Yes! but with sunshine pouring in to the kitchen and a large shadow coffee to enjoy ... what's not to like?

I have been suffering from terrible back pain of late.. unable to shake off the pain even when in bed.. and finally had an appointment this afternoon to see my back lady.. she told me it was sciatica... more pain killers and hopefully her treatment will have eased it.
