SORRY IT'S ANOTHER SUNRISE.

While the weather holds, it is another sunrise. It was so cold and the canal is completely frozen, but so beautiful. My extra is the top of the canal where I have shown before the colours of the trees, however there are not many leaves left now, but you can see the ice. Been to Tai chi this afternoon, but had to sit out as I have had a few twinges in my back, and as a few years ago I had a back spasm and ended up in hospital, I did not want that to happen again.
Hope you like the colours in my main shot, it really was stunning.
